IPS e.max has proven to be the best material for the production of a variety of single crowns, including inlays, onlays, veneers and screw-fixed implant crowns. It can also be used  with minimal preparation  and construction of a 3-unit front bridge.

IPS e.Max Press

 IPS e.Max Pressing is a high-strength glass ceramic made from lithium disilicate (LS2) for press technology. The IPS e.Max Press ingots are available in five translucency levels and impulse versions. These polychromatic ingots are particularly attractive with lifelike color transitions. The ingots selected could suit the case as well as preferred processing technique of staining, cutback or layering. The restoration is further characterized using the matching IPS e.max Ceram layered ceramic or the innovative IPS Ivocolor stains. The most attractive feature is that the final result looks very natural no matter what the shade of the prepared teeth looks like. These provide a flexural strength of 500 MPa.
